This Chunky Oak Coffee Table made with character grade oak and 3 pin hairpin legs was made in our own workshop in Brighton. The table in the picture will be the table you will receive which is universally appealing due to its rustic and characterful appearance, offering you a few wanes, knots and surface checks all of which have been filled with Resin to give a smooth finish to the top. This solid oak coffee table is sturdy and durable and due to the smooth finish and character that this table offers, it is perfect for both contemporary and traditional settings.
The table top size is 80 x 40cm and is approximately 45mm thick with the hairpin legs being 40cm high giving the whole table an overall height of 45cm and has been finished with Osmo Oil.
Legs are supplied separately for easy transport with the tabletop being pre-drilled for easy installation so all you need to do to attach the legs to the tabletop using the supplied screws.
As this table is made with character oak it will come with some knots and small splits, most of which can be seen in the pictures, which add to the rustic appearance and may well have small movements in the future especially with temperature changes and humidity.
